In start lectures I read about Specify your Target Audience and then pick the pain points and try to solve them. But in recent lectures It is stated that first develop your product and then find the target audience and then sold the product. These two statements are appearing contradictory to me. So I got stuck in whether I should first pick the Audience or Product.
Your suggestions are most welcomed…

je crois que tout commences par le client et non par le produit c’est une bonne stratégie en effet.
