Tsitso Monaheng

Iam Tsitso L Monaheng, a Lesotho local business owner and farmer. My farming experience kicked of predominantly in 2020 during lockdowns because by Covid-19 pandemic that saw or businesses closing shop. Through Covid, I have learned the importance of knowing and studying the environment that one lives in and adapting to it where fitting. I have valued the essence of building strategic alliances and synergies, that one party may have something else of need that may not become easily accessible and partnering to make jobs happen effectively as I did with logistics entities that had travelling permits to access goods that I couldn’t. In the past year, I have been heavily involved in the pursuit of my love for community development and food security through Agriculture. With the help a local bank, I received Agri funding that helped in acquisition of land, inputs and irrigation. Since last year, I have accomplished growth and worked with major retail outlets in Lesotho that demand many products weekly i.e. Pick n Pay, Shoprite, I have also employed one person who works daily at the farm
