Sulaiman Tanu Bah is the founder and CEO of Smart Up Africa. He holds a degree in Business Information Technology. Sulaiman is passionate about youth empowerment and environmental sustainability. Through his organization, he has empowered 1,500 marginalized youths with digital literacy and business skills, enhancing their confidence, employability, and community contributions. This has fostered digital inclusion, and promoted economic growth among young people in his community. His accolades include “Top 30 Under 30 Young Change Markers, 2025 (a recognition by the Opportunity Desk)”, YALI fellow (2019), and Emerging Public Leader Sierra Leone fellow (2025).
