My name is Sonqoba Hlatshwayo, and I am a young South African from Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal. I am passionate about personal growth, leadership, education, and community development. Throughout my journey, I have worked in customer service and community support roles, which have helped me develop strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
One of my most meaningful experiences was assisting community members at a local library, where I helped people, especially senior citizens, with basic computer skills and access to information. This experience strengthened my commitment to service and showed me the positive impact that knowledge and support can have on people's lives. Despite facing financial and career-related challenges, I have remained determined to pursue opportunities that will help me grow personally and professionally. I believe in continuous learning, resilience, and using my skills to contribute to the success of others. My long-term goal is to become a leader who creates opportunities for young people and helps bring positive change to my community and beyond.
