Passionate about fashion and entrepreneurship, I am Simret Alemu Engida, I am 32 years old. My enterprise blends Ethiopian tradition with modern style to create culturally rich, contemporary fashion. With a background in geography and environmental sustainability, I approach fashion entrepreneurship through a lens of resource-conscious design and community-centered impact.
My work extends beyond production to empower local artisans, promote sustainable materials, and foster ethical supply chains principles that align with the Savvy Fellowship’s vision of meaningful, scalable entrepreneurship.
