Hello, I'm Shazadi Faiza, an tech-entrepreneur with a passion for digital skills. I am the Founder & CEO of Digital Girls. The Digital Girls, a platform dedicated to empowering women with the Power to succeed in digital industry. My Vision is to make Pakistan the #1 country for women freelancers, and to increase IT exports and GDP through freelancing.
My journey as an entrepreneur began when my innovative idea was selected for the Sindh Research Incubation Center, a government initiative in collaboration with IBA, which gave me the confidence to pursue my dream. Later, Digital Girls got incubated in NIC Islamabad and IBA-CED Incubation Center in Karachi. I have also been fortunate to be a part of several prestigious programs, such as Invest2Innovate, Village Capital, and World Bank Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative, which have honed my entrepreneurial skills.
My academic achievements have provided me with a strong foundation in the field of digital skills. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Technology and Information Technology (BBIT) from a renowned institution.
