As a mother of 4, I'm a firm believer in my motto, U REAP WHAT U SOW. I want to lead by example and show my own children that entrepreneurship is possible! As a personal trainer, coach and mentor to the youth, I want to provide a safe space for others to learn about health and wellness through motivation and nutritional guidance. My country is unfortunately leading the race in childhood obesity. My natural reaction to helping & serving others wants to do all that I can so that we don't win that race, but provide knowledge & empower all- to promote quality of life. When you know better, you do better.
