Am Nambooze Rosemary, A disability Inclusion Expert based in Uganda East Africa. I work for Angel's Center for children with Special Needs as founder and executive Director. Am a mother of a child with Down Syndrome and entrepreneur on the Community Based Disability Rehabilitation programs. i have a masters degree in Globalisation and Development studies from the University of Antwerp Belgium. European union Norminee for 2021 as Human Right Defenders Award, 2023 Champion for Inclusion under the Rotary People of Action.
