i am passionate and dedicated sport for development enthusiast committed to laveraging sport as a catlyst for social change. As the Co-founder and Head of Sport for Development of Sports for Hope and Independence (SHI) since 2017. I have designed and implemented innovative programs that promote inclusivity, empowerment, and community development. my roles extend globally, including serving as an inclusion expert at the European Non-Governmental Sports Organisation (ENGSO) and Vice President of South Asia at World Wheelchair Rugby.
Most of the project that I designed was closely connected with health and income-generating provisions.
