I am an energetic person who is looking forward to make a positive contribution to my community. I want to employ innovative strategies in farming which includes use of morden tools for wide range production. Problem solving is one of my key attributes. I noted that in Murehwa district, people are facing difficulties to be successful in farming projects due to lack of reliable water supplies and I am intending to address the problem through boreholl installation. I believe that this will require me to use my organization and planning skills to ensure that the water supply system is sustainable at the same time is contributing to my production. I am a good team player and will involve young adults from my community on my farming projects.
All the above are attributes which build up in me over time from my childhood. I grew up in the village and develop interest on rural development. When I proceeded to study my Degree in Accounting, I noticed the need for educating others especially rural communities about financial literacy. Coming back to the community I grew up and supporting other communities is of paramount important to me, at the same time growing my business. It is my believe that my business should be all inclusive for it to be successful, thus involving the local community.
