I’m Mirwais Khairandish from Afghanistan. I work in education and children’s rights. In 2019, I founded BCEO, a volunteer nonprofit that supports teachers, children, and local communities. I also started Teacher.af, an online platform where Afghan teachers can find training, resources, and professional opportunities.
I previously worked with War Child UK in education and child protection. I have a master’s degree in Education Administration and am currently studying Management of SDGs online. Most of my projects have grown through volunteer effort, and I’m now learning how to make that work more sustainable.
