I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Uganda Christian University in 2017 and later got a job at 4G Capital, a loan company where i was placed in Kalerwe Market in Kampala. As a loans Officer, I interacted with so many hardworking women in the market and most of them were single mothers and with no to low level of education thus gaining experience in working and dealing with low income people. I later worked with Paradise Fitness City Spa, a high end spa as a part-time Marketing officer and later worked with 43Kare, a German based company as a Software Tester but later was transfered to Community Representative. At 43Kare, we worked on different charity projects like giving to Orphanages and helping the women in villages promote their businesses. Later the company put the employees on hold due to different circumstances. In March 2023, armed with a clear vision to employ single mothers, teach skills as well as providing a haven of relaxation for individuals, I started Inana Body Spa, a Spa Studio room located in the heart of Kampala, providing a wide range of services like massage, facial treatments and waxing as well as organic body products like Tumeric soap, Aloe oil, Olive Body Oil etc. I also teach Spa Skills (with currently two students) to empower and create employment for themselves. As an Entrepreneur in the Spa Business, I am determined to make an impact on Self Care and Wellness as well as its impact to the community.
