I am Karen Araceli Valle Galindo, and I hold a degree in International Commerce from ITESO, specializing in marketing and supply chain management. Additionally, I have a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. My education includes specialized studies in business, international cooperation, and entrepreneurship, supported by certifications from the Manager Training Programme of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy of Germany and in high-impact solution design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
I practice humanistic leadership in my company and was awarded first place in the Humanistic Leadership Academy program for MBA at an international level, representing ITESO. I am the founder of TERRANATIVO, a company dedicated to manufacturing artisanal products like hot sauces and additives-free complements, focusing on the healthy sector and social development, with special attention to supporting women in the countryside.
My outstanding business achievements led me to be selected to participate in the Young Leaders of the Americas 2024 (YLAI) program by the U.S. Department of State, where I represent Mexico and collaborate with international companies to strengthen and expand my venture.I am incredibly proud of building TERRANATIVO from the ground up. As the founder and CEO, I have transformed a family legacy of over 70 years in crafting artisanal hot sauces into a modern business with a strong social mission. One of my most significant achievements was securing our first retail presence in 7-Eleven, with 155 stores across Jalisco carrying our products. This accomplishment validated our unique, high-quality sauces and proved that consumers are ready for healthier, more authentic options.
