Jingwa Laura is a BSC holder of Women Studies double major Management. Upon completion of studies in December 2016, she started working with Resource Center for Environment and Sustainable Development (RCESD) in 2017 as intern to the position of head of Local Development Intervention program. There after volunteered with Healthy Child Foundation as Gender Officer. She started working with the Environment and Rural Development Foundation (ERuDeF) in 2020 as Gender Officer in their department Centre for the Advancement of Women's Initiatives (CAWI) department.
