I am Nayebare Jesca, a passionate and ambitious co-founder of Farmplus based in Mpigi, Uganda. With a background in agricultural development, I have actively contributed to initiatives like Whave Solutions and currently work on elevating farmer's livelihoods through Farmplus, focusing on sustainable livestock feed solutions. My journey includes being part of Jangu International, where I honed my entrepreneurial skills. Education-wise, I am undergoing Entrepreneurship Training at Social Innovation Academy. Achievements include winning pitching competitions, completing an Acceleration program, and excelling in various training programs. I thrive on progress, enjoy staying informed, and have a keen interest in reading novels, and attending conferences. My professional attributes encompass teamwork, integrity, adaptability, research skills, and effective communication. As a public speaker and leader, I aim to make a positive impact on communities through entrepreneurship and social enterprises.
