Ichhya K.C. is the Founder and Executive Director of Pahichan Nepal, a self-help, nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering single and marginalized women with disabilities. She has also been actively working towards achieving her goals as the Women Vice President of the Nepal Association of the Blind and as a Central Member of the National Federation of Disabled Nepal. In these leadership roles, she provides strategic direction, oversees program implementation, and represents the organization on various platforms. With a deep commitment to social justice and a wealth of experience in disability rights advocacy, Ichhya has become a leading figure in the movement to improve the lives of women with disabilities in Nepal.
