I’m the Founder and President of NESS Cares, Inc. After 10 years of dedication to Early Childhood Intervention and SPED Education, I was inspired to create NESS Behavior Consulting, a behavioral health agency for children with behavior disabilities; ASD. Shortly after I launched my business, Covid-19 struck the entire country leaving us without business. My team and I listened to the voices of the ASD/Autism community and took initiative to create care packages of essential needs for families during that hard time. As I faced my own mental health journey and the foundations of mental health awareness, my business NESS Behavioral Consulting created NESS Cares, a non-profit organization that would in addition help families who could not afford our For-profit services. I am driven to make a community impact as well as bridge a gap in society about ASD and ABA Therapy not having a normalcy in the world we live in. I've set the tone for these accolades to become reality having experienced this in my own home as a mother. Although my child's behavioral health services were no longer needed, I wanted to be a voice for the parents/community that have been silenced and need NESS' help.
