I was determined to change my story after dropping out of school. I found strength within that I never knew existed. Along the way, I discovered a passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. I decided to return to school to receive my GED, and then I set my sights on a higher goal—pursuing a Doctorate in Education. This decision wasn't just about personal achievement but about breaking the cycle and proving that circumstances don't define a person's potential.
