My name is Ashonté Celine Wallace, and I am the founder of Belle Société, a Black woman-founded clean-beauty hair-extension brand created to help women choose, wear, and care for premium raw human hair with more confidence, transparency, and trust.
I am a licensed cosmetologist, mother, and entrepreneur with firsthand experience serving women in the beauty industry. Through years behind the chair, I saw how many women struggled to find hair extensions that were beautiful, reliable, and easier to understand. Many customers were buying extensions without clear education around sourcing, processing, installation, care, or long-term quality.
That experience inspired me to create Belle Société. Our brand fills the white space between clean beauty and hair extensions by pairing organically treated raw human hair with customer education, care guidance, and founder-led expertise. We are not only selling hair. We are helping women make more informed beauty decisions.
Belle Société currently sells through BelleSociete.com, Walmart.com, and Walmart retail distribution. My long-term goal is to build a trusted beauty company that expands access to cleaner hair-extension options while creating education, confidence, and opportunity for women.
