I am a passionate entrepreneur, mother, and lifelong learner originally from Zambia, now living in Uganda. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Certificate in Business Administration, and I have professional experience in administration, human resources, and retail. My journey as an entrepreneur began with a vision to create impact-driven businesses that serve my community while empowering others.
I am the founder of DaH Foods, a community-based food outlet in Nansana, Uganda, offering dine-in, takeaway, and on-foot delivery services. Our menu features local Ugandan snacks and “African roots” dishes, including Zambian-inspired meals, promoting cultural inclusivity. I manage daily operations, staff supervision, customer service, and financial management, gaining firsthand experience in running a business from the ground up.
I am deeply motivated to learn, grow, and make a difference. Through the Savvy Fellowship, I aim to strengthen my business skills, expand DaH Foods, create employment opportunities for youth, and inspire other aspiring entrepreneurs—especially women—to build sustainable ventures that contribute to community development.
