Alicia Hurtt is the founder and visionary of I See My Baby Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting women and families through holistic care, advocacy, and education. Born into a vibrant family with roots in Trinidad and Barbados, Alicia’s work is deeply influenced by her cultural heritage, faith, and lived experience as a wife and mother of four.
After navigating her own journey with infertility and maternal health challenges, Alicia felt called to create safe, supportive spaces where women can heal, learn, and thrive. She is a certified doula, life coach specializing in infertility, and a non-denominational minister, blending professional expertise with compassion and community-centered solutions.
In 2025, Alicia will open the first I See My Baby Women’s Wellness Center in Bainbridge, Georgia, offering wraparound services to address maternal health disparities and housing stability. As an author of over 30 books and courses, Alicia empowers women to break silence, reclaim hope, and build lasting legacies for their families and communities.
