Alex Kolomiets

As a tech immigrant who chose relocation over a dictatorship regime and going back to drawing in a different cultural environment, I faced difficulties with finding a job. So I decided to build a community-driven HR platform to bridge immigrants/non-residents and immigrant-friendly companies sharing DEI values to make a perfect match.

"Immigrant-friendly" — must become a NOUN for every tech company in this day and age of remote work.
