I am Mwambu Joshua, a Ugandan by nationality born in1992. I come from a hamble family of a single parent, Mummy. I have studied in Uganda in all levels of my academic career While at Primary and Secondary, I studied on Madhvani scholarship, a leading sugar processing company in Uganda. I completed my Primary Level in 2016, in 2017 I stated my Secondary and I completed high school in 2012. I joined University in 2013 at Kyambogo University where I graduated with a degree in industrial Engineering and management in 2017. Still because of my good performance, I again got a scholarship from Madhvani Foundation scheme, the same company that educated me in primary and high school. in 2017, i started working with a box manufacturing company as an assistant quality control, an opportunity that i got before my graduation. I worked in this company for 2 years. I embarked on Mechanical role in my second company, a distillery( Leading Distillers Uganda Limited) in 2019 to 2022. This industry was hit hard by Covid 19 pandemic. The effects of covid 19 hit the company hard and equally we, the employs were affected. We went through a one year of unpaid salaries. This made most of the employ quite work. In October 2022, God blessed me with another Job in Northern part of the country which is 360kms away from my home in central Uganda. This company is called African Clean Energy manufacturing hybrid cooking stoves. This company has been depending on funding. Am working as a production supervisor in this organization to date.
