Hi, I’m Ayush P. Jain recent B.Com Graduate From St. Joseph’s University, Bangalore, and someone who’s genuinely curious about how finance, law, and technology shape the way businesses grow and operate. Over the past few years, I’ve realized that I’m most energized when I’m solving real-world problems—especially those involving numbers, strategy, or structure. That’s what led me to take up internships in finance analysis and auditing. At Aagey.com, I worked on loan assessments, risk profiling, and structuring terms that made financial sense. It wasn’t just about numbers—it was about understanding the why behind financial decisions. Before that, at Roopchand Jain & Co, I got hands-on with tax filings, GST compliance, and learned to read financial statements like stories of a company’s health.

Anand Baraik is a mission-driven social entrepreneur, technology strategist, and development professional with over 10 years of experience creating high-impact solutions across education, health, agriculture, sports, and governance. His work has directly empowered over 2,000+ individuals, primarily in rural and underserved areas of India. Anand founded and ran an EdTech startup for 4 years (2017–2021) that helped over 800+ village students prepare for government competitive exams. The innovation lay in deploying digital board content in physical classroom setups, allowing students with limited internet access to benefit from quality visual learning — bridging the digital divide while preserving community-based instruction. He also runs a creative agency that offers music and video production services, creating livelihood opportunities for 35+ rural youth and producing over 60+ media projects — amplifying local narratives while generating sustainable employment. Since 2021, Anand has led a data automation consulting initiative that has supported 9 NGOs in improving impact storytelling, monitoring, and donor communications. His tech-enabled systems have enhanced operational efficiency by 30–50%, enabling partners to scale their visibility and funding potential. Professionally, Anand has worked with Deloitte India, Piramal Foundation, and ELMS Sports Foundation — a joint initiative of the Dani Foundation and Reliance Foundation. At ELMS, he contributed to Project Chaalang, a national-level physical literacy program implemented in partnership with NITI Aayog in Aspirational Districts. Anand led the development of monitoring systems and performance dashboards that supported data-driven coaching, fitness interventions, and structured sports education across multiple states. Previously at the Piramal Foundation, Anand served as District Lead for the Aspirational District Project (NITI Aayog) in Khunti, Jharkhand. He worked across the health and education sectors, introducing monitoring tools and early-grade assessments, while also co-developing agriculture-focused innovations with the district administration. These initiatives helped tribal farmers adopt improved farming practices, access schemes, and boost productivity. Across roles, Anand has consistently delivered tangible results — including a 20% increase in process efficiency, a 15% reduction in project timelines, and a 16% improvement in data-led decisions. His educational innovations were recognized in the USAID Journal for enhancing student outcomes at scale. Through the Savvy Fellowship, Anand envisions scaling a unified platform that brings together EdTech, agriculture, sports innovation, and data intelligence to empower 10,000+ rural youth over the next five years. His mission is to build inclusive, tech-enabled ecosystems for learning, livelihoods, and leadership — proving that entrepreneurship can be a catalyst for social equity and systemic change.

Tiffany Rosario Perez, M.A., was born in the Santiago province of the Dominican Republic. She arrived in the United States when she was only 10 years of age and grew up in the Bronx, New York. As a young girl, she experienced many challenges that have inspired her to overcome them and encourage others to become the best versions of themselves by seeking to continue to pursue higher education and develop a career. She began this journey when she helped her friends in 2014 with the college application process, and is now the Founder of The Inspired Intellect. She offers virtual services that have allowed her to assist the Hispanic community throughout the United States with their college and financial aid application processes. Secondly, aside from her college counseling services, she also assists with the job search by offering resume and cover letter writing services. She also created virtual platforms by state where she shares employment opportunities and comes across over 600 Hispanics throughout the United States. The goal of The Inspired Intellect is to provide everyone with the opportunity to succeed and achieve their objective in life, whether it is to be knowledgeable about the college and financial aid application process, return to school for the high school equivalency diploma, or revise a resume for an employment opportunity. To make the process even more manageable, she published her book “Tu Camino a la Universidad” (Spanish Version) to educate the community on the effective ways to apply to college successfully. She is also a Co-author on other Spanish written books such as Hispanas Influyentes V.3, Mujeres Que Se Atreven V.5, Top Escritoras 2024, Fuerzas Del Coaching y Speaker Femenino V.2, Women Who Dare and Overcome Limits V.2 (English Version).

I’m a South African educator, entrepreneur, and storyteller with experience in Foundation Phase education. I’m passionate about early childhood development and literacy, and I’m currently developing a multilingual literacy app that offers culturally relevant, curriculum-aligned content for young learners across South Africa. My platform provides phonics, life skills, and interactive storybooks in English, Afrikaans, and isiXhosa. It’s designed for learners aged 5 to 9 and aligned with the South African CAPS curriculum. My goal is to promote language development, inclusion, and a love of reading by offering accessible, identity-affirming content—especially in communities where resources are limited. The idea for the app came from my own classroom experience. I saw first-hand how few localized and multilingual tools were available for young children, and I wanted to change that. I’m currently seeking support to grow and refine my platform—through mentorship, funding, and meaningful collaboration. I believe in building tools that reflect the voices and experiences of the children who use them. My work is grounded in love, legacy, and learning—and I’m excited about the next steps on this journey.

I’m a high school graduate who’s really into tech, research, and making a difference in my community. I started coding when I was 12 because I was curious, and honestly, mostly because I wanted to build something cool. Since then, I’ve led projects like Discord Bot List and Server List, which helped over 600 bots and 500 servers reach more than 1.5 million users (that’s a lot of people!). I’ve been lucky enough to publish research with IEEE and be a finalist at ISEF, which taught me a lot about science and how to think like an innovator. I’m also part of the Junior Academy at the New York Academy of Sciences and have interned at the University of Tennessee and a startup called Glacies Biome, where I got to build real software. Outside of tech, I’m on the Children’s Ambassadors Council, where I helped organize the biggest kids’ forum in my country and even talked with government ministers (pretty cool, right?). I also helped run the ITI Zeka Hackathon, where 180 teams competed. I love learning new things, building projects, and working with others to solve problems.
