Shimelis Legesse Chala: acquired his 1st degree in BSc Midwifery from the Ethiopian University
of Gondar Faculty of Medicine and Health Science in 2009, and 2nd degree MPH in Health Service
Management from Jimma University in 2014. Shimelis is currently a Ph.D. fellow in Health
