Dr. Rey Runtgen Martin "Reyron" Leones del Rosario, CPM, DBA, PhD is a Filipino peace diplomacy and leadership innovation advocate. He is also a business entrepreneur, publicist, author, educator, and strategic consultant. As a business mentor to thousands of Filipino startups and entrepreneurs for more than a decade, he serves as the Founding President of the Philippine Innovation Entrepreneurship Mission, Inc. Dr. Reyron del Rosario garnered double doctorate degree. he priorly achieved MPA in the National University of Singapore as a recipient of Li Ka Shing Foundation. He was awarded to represent the National University of Singapore as a Fellow in the Asian Universities Alliance Lecture Series 2021, hosted by Tsinghua University. He was an ASEAN Fellow in the Asia-Euro Policy Fellowship as a visiting scholar to National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Tokyo and L'Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) in Paris. In 2014, he was an Asian Graduate Student Fellow at the Asia Research Institute.
