My name is Ugwumba John Victory, an entrepreneur driven by purpose, service, and impact. I am the founder of Jaevick Solution Providers Ltd., a growing business that offers cleaning, ushering, protocol, youth empowerment, and community service solutions.
My journey is shaped by leadership, education, and service. I hold a BSc in Political Science/Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and I have years of experience working with young people, schools, churches, and communities. Through my work, I have seen how unemployment, poor sanitation, and lack of guidance affect lives—especially young men.
This grant will help me expand Jaevick Solution Providers, create more jobs for youths, improve service quality, and strengthen our outreach programs that train young people in skills, discipline, and entrepreneurship. My goal is not just to build a business, but to build people.
I am committed, resilient, and accountable. With your support, I will scale a business that serves communities, empowers youths, and delivers lasting social and economic impact.
