Hello my name is Frances Echevarria owner of Blu Global Rehab. In addition i also have my Bachelors in Urban Studies and Community Development. Construction became my way to help rebuild communities from the ground up starting with skills, pride, and purpose. I started Blu Global because I saw too many neighborhoods like the one I grew up in filled with potential, but lacking opportunity. Born out of a vision to make construction mean more, Blu Global was created to raise the standard; to deliver excellent work while giving back through youth training and real-world development. I wanted to take my experience, connect it to my community, and create a bridge where quality work meets opportunity for the next generation. Every project is a chance to teach, inspire, and leave something better behind.
