I am founder of Tuje Farm a small scale diversified vegetables and livestock farm. We grow, produce and process. We are currently processing the Cassava leaves; the perfect pounded frozen Katapa ready for the pot. Making it easy for lovers of the Cassava leaves to have it for a meal anytime.
