Desta Gebreslasie Hadera was born and raised in Mekelle City, Tigray Regional State, Ethiopia. He attended his primary and secondary education from grade 1 to grade 12 in Mekelle.
After successfully passing the Ethiopian School Leaving Examination, he joined Mekelle Business College and earned a Diploma in Management. Following his graduation, he worked in different organizations under various responsibilities and leadership positions, gaining extensive professional experience.
Continuing his education, he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Unity University. Later, he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mekelle University.
Currently, he is serving as the Human Resource Capacity Building and Development Administration Team Leader at the Ministry of Tourism Ethiopia.
