I am Marzia Noori, I was born in 1996 in a Hazara Ethnic family in Ghazni tamaki Afghanistan. As a young woman from Afghanistan, I have encountered enduring challenges of social, political ,and economic conditions throughout my very short life, I think these struggles compelled me to become a strong and resilient individual with high ambition. I began my school in a refugee camp in Pakistan, where I completed my secondary high school achieving a score of 93%. Soon after completing my high school degree, After school, I succeeded in the national exam in one of the well-recognized universities and departments of Afghanistan, Kabul University, and the Department of Economics by getting 315/360. However, Due to the high value of education in Pakistan, I applied for HEC Alama Iqbal where I succeeded in getting a full-fund scholarship offer from one of the very competitive scholarship programs from the government of Pakistan. As part of the scholarship, I spent six months at Islamia College Peshawar to familiarise myself with various courses. As a result, I passed a competitive exam and secured admission to the BBA program at the International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI), which is ranked as one of the top 8 universities in Pakistan. I completed my bachelor's degree in administration with high honors and opted for a 3.61 CGPA and also recognized for my punctuality and social activities. During my undergraduate studies, I was involved in numerous social activities, I had the opportunity to serve as vice president of a student organization (Hazara Student Edu-Cultural Society) at my university. In this role. I successfully led a team of students to take start-ups for new and emerging ideas and helped them to opt for various projects aimed at improving the sense of community service. My leadership experience shaped me to develop my cognitive thinking while making critical decisions organizing workshops and handling conflict. Secondly, I have worked as Secretary Women Wing at Hazara Student Network in Islamabad. HSN is a non-political student organization consisting of 400+ students to be a bridge of help for newcomers especially women and a knowledge-sharing platform for all students residing in the area of educational purposes. During these periods I have organized several talks and campaigns such as “What does 8th March mean? And does this congratulatory message, celebration, and flowers remove the word of the second sex from our name? Furthermore, I have been actively involved in community service initiatives throughout my academic semester break. As a volunteer in a local NGO (HIVE Pakistan), I have participated in project flood aid packing and distribution. Besides that, I have worked with (UNICEF) for healthcare aid distribution in Afghanistan. Through these activities, I have learned a deep understanding of environmental challenges and know my ability to inspire individuals toward societal thoughts. All these activities have built more resiliency to have a positive impact on change. Lastly, I have been attending different sessions on women's leadership, entrepreneurial drive, and strategic planning of bossiness ventures where I have actively participated and used my voice for social change.

The organization offers sports management services and we make sports and gymwear for the elite athlete who is developing and bettering their skills. Our work is commonly based in underdeveloped areas where these services are needed most. We collaborate mostly with local sports clubs (soccer, Athletics, netball, etc) and assist them with talent scouting, management, equipment sourcing and athlete career management. I started the entity to bridge the gap between resources and talented youth in underprivileged areas. Being an athlete from a previously disadvantaged background I know the need for an entity that is committed to uplifting talented youth.
