She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a diploma in Social Work.

In 2022, she she was awarded the prestigious title of Outstanding Young African Woman in Entertainment by the Africa Women Conference and earned a nomination for Entrepreneur of the Year by She Awards Gambia. As the proprietress of Flex Fuzion Dance Academy and Entertainment, Ndey Fatou pioneers Gambia's inaugural Dance company, dedicated to grooming and empowering youth through the Arts, fostering sustainable livelihoods.

Utilizing the creative power of performing arts, she sensitizes communities on relevant issues and executed a successful peace-building project in rural communities across the Gambia. Ndey Fatou is also the co-founder of Kids Glitz and Glamorous Talent/Modeling Agency, providing a secure space for children's artistic and academic development. Her visionary leadership extends to the initiation of Dance Gambia Championship, the nation's first platform empowering dancers and training over 500 youths in performing Arts Entrepreneurship.
