My name is Tracy G. Crump, PhD, JD, LLM, and I serve as the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Education Officer on a full-time basis. In this role, I am responsible for the overall strategic direction of the organization, including program design, curriculum development, instructional leadership, institutional partnerships, and organizational oversight. My leadership is grounded in more than three decades of experience in education, training, and student success, as well as lived experience navigating higher education as a first-generation college student.
