My name is Thothi Diepo,36 years old,married with three girls.I am from Botswana and I work for the Ministry of Labour and Home affairs.I have been working for 14 years.I have a passion for social change and I love seeing change in the lives of people in my community.Iam most passionate about youth empowerment and dream of ways our youth in Africa could fully utilise their innate potential to make Africa a better continent.I have recently started a non-profit mentorship and empowerment organisation called Dream again whose purpose is to plant seeds of empowerment in the hearts of youth in Botswana.Igniting them to discover and re-discover why they exist and how they can impact their communities with the passion and skills they have.
