Operations Leadership (SYNC Technologies): Served as Operations Lead, overseeing day-to-day operations, cross-functional coordination, and execution of deployment strategies for SYNC’s NFC-enabled smart identity and access management solutions across academic and institutional environments.
Operations Lead – SeedDev & NGO Programs: Led operations for SeedDev and partner NGOs, delivering large-scale digital literacy and tech training programs that reach thousands of children annually in underserved communities, while managing logistics, facilitators, partnerships, and impact reporting.
Project-Driven Education Programs: Designed and executed project-based learning initiatives for secondary school students with foundational computer literacy, enabling hands-on exposure to coding, digital tools, and problem-solving aligned with real-world challenges.
