Hold a journalism degree from the University of Papua New Guinea. Worked as a diplomat for country 21 years, resigned 2014 after leading the production of PNGs National Security Policy. Since then, has been providing consultancy services. Recently started an institution to mitigate against the youth bulge National security threat.
