Be prepared to “change” the change. It’s our job to realize when our own changes aren’t working the way we want them to.
If you made changes, but the changes don’t seem to work for you, seek help from those around you that you respect their opinion. Be open to taking advice and be prepared to adjust your own game plan.
Sometimes, that means, scrapping the new change entirely and starting all over from the scratch.
Don’t take this as defeat.
There is no shame to accept that something doesn’t work, and starting all over again.
