According to Eleanor Roosevelt, “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” So, today, I urge you to start what I call the “90 days of rejection challenge”. I did this last year, and it was a fulfilling experience for me. The aim of the challenge is to desensitize yourself to rejection by purposefully doing very crazy, daring, and ‘almost’ impossible tasks that you certainly believe should end up in disappointment or rejection.
I did this for 3 months in order to experience a lot of rejection until I am no longer upset about it. The best thing about the challenge was that everything didn’t end up in a rejection, and I was left with accomplishing something that I initially thought was ‘impossible’. Getting rid of your fears isn’t something easy, but if you want to have a lot of fun while doing it, this is a very exciting way to do it.
