Make a promise to yourself.
Remember that one event that was so devastating to you. Ask yourself, “Why did it happen to you?” and promise yourself never to let it happen again. This should be your “why”—why you keep working hard every day. Think of that moment when you hit ground bottom. Remember how it felt like. Let that feeling be your motivation every day you wake up. Promise yourself never to be in a situation that will make you feel like that again.
