So many entrepreneurs are constantly working round the clock, every day. They are busy completing important tasks right on time, but they are not functioning or working at their maximum capacity.
Therefore, they produce less than average results.
The more burned out you feel, the more sleep your body probably needs.
I know it might be very difficult to get into the habit of sleeping enough again, especially if you’ve given up quality sleep in favor of what you think are more important things.
But you have to force yourself to sleep at least seven hours a day to function at your best the next day; for the sake of your body, and for your sanity as well.
